Sitting Type Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber 1.4 ATA
OxyFlow Sitting and Reclining Chamber | 89″L
Sit Up or Recline, Your Choice
OxyFlow’s angled design and flat bottom put more usable volume near the head and shoulders than a traditional tubular chamber gives you, which is why it works well for anyone who finds a top-entry design difficult or uncomfortable. Entry is from the front, where the chamber zips down and opens in the middle, with no more than 8 inches to step over. At 89 inches long, taller users have room to stretch out fully, and a fully adjustable zero-gravity self-balancing chair is included with the system.

What’s Included
Chamber, zero-gravity self-balancing chair, 10 LPM oxygen generator, dehumidifier, and full setup instructions.
Build and Materials
Entry and exit require no straps, and the chamber’s structural design supports full-strength entry without the unit collapsing. The chair adjusts from fully reclined to upright in fine incremental steps, with separate adjustment at the head and lower body, while keeping its balance rather than tipping. Seams use a proprietary 3-zipper system built with two zippers and a center flap to reduce load on any single zipper and extend service life.
Compressor and Air Quality
A quiet, high-volume air compressor feeds the system, paired with activated filtration designed to remove fine contaminants so the air entering the chamber stays clean. The pressure relief valve can be operated from either inside or outside the chamber, which supports self-sustaining operation without needing someone to manage pressure from outside during a normal session.
Safety Systems
- Emergency pressure relief button for rapid exit
- Dual pressure relief valves at the chamber foot for redundant airflow
- Internal and external pressure gauges for continuous pressure monitoring
- Power outage alarm to alert users of unexpected power loss
- Attendant buzzer to signal someone outside the chamber if needed
- 5-stage compressor filtration, with the oxygen generator filtering pollutants down to the micron level
Before use: hyperbaric chambers are not recommended for anyone with certain lung conditions, an untreated pneumothorax, a pacemaker or other implanted device not rated for pressure changes, or during pregnancy, without a physician’s guidance. Standard hyperbaric precautions around oxygen toxicity, fire risk, and barotrauma apply. Talk with a doctor before starting sessions if any of these apply.
Who It Fits
- Anyone who prefers sitting or reclining: the front-entry, low step-over design suits users who find a narrow top-entry tubular chamber difficult to get in and out of
- Longer sessions: the extra volume near the torso gives some users room to read or work during a session
- Home or clinic setup: professional installation is available for anyone who would rather not set the chamber up themselves
Setup and Space
Plan for a flat, stable surface with roughly 8 feet by 4 feet of clear floor space, to allow full chamber extension and safe entry and exit, plus a standard household power outlet. Hyperbaric Pro’s installation team can advise on room layout and delivery logistics if professional installation is added to the order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a second person to operate it?
No. The front-entry design and self-balancing chair are built for solo use, with no straps required.
What is included with the oxygen generator?
A 10 LPM generator producing 95 to 96 percent oxygen purity at 20 PSI, so no separate oxygen tank is required.
What safety features does this chamber have?
An emergency pressure relief button, dual pressure relief valves at the chamber foot, internal and external pressure gauges, a power outage alarm, and an attendant buzzer.
Is installation available if I don’t want to set it up myself?
Yes. Professional installation can be arranged separately from the standard order.

Ordering and Delivery
Ships with fast delivery to your door. Financing options are available for qualifying orders, including short-term no-interest financing and a separate business financing path for commercial buyers. Professional installation can be added at checkout or arranged afterward if you decide you’d rather not set the chamber up yourself.
How a Session Works
Pressurization builds gradually rather than all at once, giving users time to equalize ear pressure the same way they would on a flight, by swallowing, yawning, or gently pinching the nose and exhaling. Following the included setup and operating instructions for your specific pressure and session-length settings matters, since exceeding the recommended session parameters isn’t advised. New users typically find the first few sessions are a good time to get familiar with equalizing and with the chamber’s controls before settling into a regular routine.
This chamber is intended for general wellness use and is not FDA-cleared to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy research is ongoing; consult a physician before starting sessions, particularly if you have a lung condition, a pacemaker or other implanted device, or are pregnant.
