What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery Delivery charge are typically $450 for soft chambers and $1,650 for hard chambers. Delivery charges are vary from product to product.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We Accept PayPal, American Express, Visa and Master Card credit cards through Secured Channel SSL Service.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take 4 to 5 days when shipped FEDEX ground. Hard chambers will ship via trucking service which again is typically no more than 5 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our entire website is secured with SSL so you can shop with confidence.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We typically will process your order the same business day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM. After ordering, you will receive confirmation of your order via email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes.

Best decision ever for my health to purchase my hyperbaric oxygen chamber from Oxygen Health System. They are very helpful when choosing the right equipment. This is a life changer. When I purchased my chamber I was not in a good place health wise from all the issues over the last 3 years. I started using the chamber on a regular basis. My excitement grew with every use. Started feeling better and eventually am back to feeling 100%. Back at the gym after a year away. My family saw the changes and started using it also. They have had great results as well!!!

I have had an incrdible response of increased energy and concentration secondary to the HBOT. Having moved from New Orleans to the mountainsm this has made all the difference in my health, energy level, sense of well being and concentration. I purchased the 1.5 atm Oxygen Health Systems Hard Chamber in December 2023. The process of purchasing & delivery of the chamber was great. The installation process was well described via the manual and videos. The whole installation process took about 2 hours from start to finish including unboxing and organizing the materials. Many patients have benefitted from the HBOT and we have accelerated the recovery times exponentially with the use of the HBOT. It has become a key aspect of care within our brain rehabilitation center. Michael Carroll is very responsive with any questions and has been a pleasure to communicate with. I will be back to purchase more HBOTs in the future.

Michael was most helpful in guiding us to buy the right chamber. We are 75 years old and he suggested the one that you can actually sit up in - I am soooo glad we got it. Much more comfortable than the tube was. We would HIGHLY recommend you have someone set it up for you unless you are pretty limber!! It was a challenge to say the least. Probably not too tough if you knew the tricks. Had a couple questions that Michael answered promptly. They did send us the wrong chair but quickly shipped the correct one to us. GREAT customer support. If you are going to get a chamber we would highly recommend you look at Oxygen Health Systems first and then compare to all the others then revisit them before you buy.

I didn't buy the set up support, but I think it would have been worth the money.Very supportive and available for any questions. Was concerned about purchasing but the 1v1 support made me feel more confident.

Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber was installed and working nicely. However one of the zippers had a problem and when I reported the problem a new chamber was shipped the some day and installed by the company three days later. Quality of the produce and especially customer service is the best possible. I experienced no delay, no excuses just a get the job done attitude.

I love my Red Light and HBOT chamber!!! It was a priceless investment in the health and wellbeing of my entire family. All the staff were very supportive and accommodating. Shah helped me select the right chamber and answered all of my questions during the sales process. The delivery and installation was a rapid process thanks to Chris. I really love my new sit down chamber from oxygen Health Systems. Ordering was easy, the delivery was Fast and on time. I delt with the cofounder of the company during the purchase and he is a great guy, he answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to speak to.. The unit takes a little bit of time to assemble, It comes with an entire set of instructions and was straightforward and simple. I am 55 And never had any major illness in my life, I purchased the unit for optimal health and also own an Infared Sauna and Blue Cube cold plunge. I run three different sleep tracking systems, oura ring, Sleep 8 bed and the muse headband. I did my first HBOT session 3 days ago, and felt profound effects that evening with my quality of sleep. My sleep scores on all three sleep tracking systems hit the highest level possible After my first and second session. This is an outstanding state of the art mild hyperbaric chamber. Fills up in 4 minutes, has excellent internal controls and automatically releases pressure when it reaches its maximum. The side entry and triple zippers make this chamber the best on the market.
