I gave this 2 stars, but it's nuanced. Overall, I really like the system that I bought from them. It's the 36-inch soft chamber with 2 oxygen units and an AC unit. I use it every day and think it's high quality.But there are two aspects of my experience with the company that led me to give them 2 stars.First, I bought the side-entry unit. For some reason, perhaps because of the side entry, the frame inside the chamber has moved (one end of the frame has rotated clockwise quite a bit). This caused a couple problems. One, a metal splinter formed on the frame (perhaps because of the shearing when the frame moved?). It was sharp enough that it cut me, but I clipped it off and put duct tape over it. But more importantly, I worry that it could happen again and puncture the unit. Two, because the frame moved, the AC unit, which rests on one of the side beams of the frame, tilted about 60 degrees to the right (it started off level, then tilted). In order to keep the AC unit level, I use string to keep the right side level.Second, when I emailed the company about this issue, they didn't address my questions and concerns, and in fact didn't respond to multiple emails from me. I was quite disappointed in their customer service.Overall, I like the unit I bought, but if I could do it again, I would buy the top-entry unit. I would advise against the side-entry. I can post pics of what the frame looks like now if people want.

Wow wow wow!!! This was such a 5 star experience! Everything was done quicker than expected and I was using my machine within an hour of arriving. Oliver was fantastic on the introduction call, he genuinely seems to love what he does, his passion shines through. The machine itself is beautifully built and works perfectly. My father is the one who referred me and I’ll definitely be referring more people.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. After spending months researching my options for a home hyperbaric chamber I concluded Oxygen Health Systems would be my best option. I went with the 64” model so my wife and I could use it together. It arrived in 5 days! The white glove delivery went very smoothly and the machine is gorgeous. Oliver was especially helpful in walking me through some customizations I wanted to make. Julie was also great with communication - answering all of my questions and making sure I was happy with my purchase. All in I’m thrilled with my purchase and hope this inspires someone else to make the same great decision I did.

We purchased 34 inch 2.0 ATA Hard Hyperbaric Chamber a week ago. We used their white glove delivery. The visit to their showroom was very informative and Michael helped us get answers to all our questions. The delivery experience was excellent. We are extremely happy with the unit and already after one week have experienced positive results.

I purchased Bravo probiotic yogurt starter kit in 2016 ago for my son who had been diagnosed with Lyme disease. He had been on oral antibiotics for 2 years, and he relapsed every time he stopped the antibiotics. Using instructions provided in the kit, I made the yogurt. He was able to stop using antibiotics. He consumed Bravo homemade yogurt for the next 6 months and has not relapsed.A few years later another relative got C Diff. She used the Bravo yogurt suppositories to get well quickly. Since then, I’ve given Bravo to several friends and family members. It has never failed to help in healing issues related to overuse of antibiotics or too much of the wrong bacteria in the gut. I am so appreciative of this product.I have been purchasing Bravo from bravo-probiotic-yogurt.com. Michael has reached out when needed to verify a possible problem with my order. My decision to invest in a Hyperbolic Oxygen Chamber was HUGE! But I am SO GLAD I did. After using it every day for over a week it has improved my well-being and I sleep so much better! OHS has been a great surprise of install service, follow-up time, and the ease of customer service. I originally ordered a unit too hard for me to get in and out. OHS was so very kind to let me return the unit and buy another unit. My new one is like a man's cave with wi-fi TV, air conditioner and big enough for a true reclining chair. I had to put it in my garage's 3rd bay, but heat is not an issue with the air conditioner. They are the best!

We purchased our 34" hard shell 1.5 ATA just over two years ago. It was an expensive item for home use but would you rather spend the $ on health insurance and expensive Rx or spend it to stay healthy? My Chiropractor got me started on HBOT for my sciatica and it did so well in just a few sessions that I called Micheal and ordered a chamber just like the Chiropractor has. The purchase was very straightforward Micheal made it all happen. Be warned that getting this into your house is a challenge and my house was designed to be wheelchair friendly.More information is gained on HBOT daily and we expect the use to mushroom as evidence mounts that the magic happens at 30 dives or more,Thank you

From the first call through the entire process, the team at OHS was world class. John was the primary interface and he made sure all my questions were address. The team went out of their way to make sure that my experience was positive. And, having now completed 75 hours in the chamber, I am 100% satisfied. Best decision ever for my health to purchase my hyperbaric oxygen chamber from Oxygen Health System. They are very helpful when choosing the right equipment. This is a life changer. When I purchased my chamber I was not in a good place health wise from all the issues over the last 3 years. I started using the chamber on a regular basis. My excitement grew with every use. Started feeling better and eventually am back to feeling 100%. Back at the gym after a year away. My family saw the changes and started using it also. They have had great results as well!!!

I have had an incrdible response of increased energy and concentration secondary to the HBOT. Having moved from New Orleans to the mountainsm this has made all the difference in my health, energy level, sense of well being and concentration. My son swears by it as a recovery boost after track and basketball practice and games. We are planning to incorporate this in our medical clinics.

I purchased the 1.5 atm Oxygen Health Systems Hard Chamber in December 2023. The process of purchasing & delivery of the chamber was great. The installation process was well described via the manual and videos. The whole installation process took about 2 hours from start to finish including unboxing and organizing the materials. Many patients have benefitted from the HBOT and we have accelerated the recovery times exponentially with the use of the HBOT. It has become a key aspect of care within our brain rehabilitation center. Michael Carroll is very responsive with any questions and has been a pleasure to communicate with. I will be back to purchase more HBOTs in the future.

Michael was most helpful in guiding us to buy the right chamber. We are 75 years old and he suggested the one that you can actually sit up in - I am soooo glad we got it. Much more comfortable than the tube was. We would HIGHLY recommend you have someone set it up for you unless you are pretty limber!! It was a challenge to say the least. Probably not too tough if you knew the tricks. Had a couple questions that Michael answered promptly. They did send us the wrong chair but quickly shipped the correct one to us. GREAT customer support. If you are going to get a chamber we would highly recommend you look at Oxygen Health Systems first and then compare to all the others then revisit them before you buy.

Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber was installed and working nicely. However one of the zippers had a problem and when I reported the problem a new chamber was shipped the some day and installed by the company three days later. Quality of the produce and especially customer service is the best possible. I experienced no delay, no excuses just a get the job done attitude.

I love my Red Light and HBOT chamber!!! It was a priceless investment in the health and wellbeing of my entire family. All the staff were very supportive and accommodating. I really love my new sit down chamber from oxygen Health Systems. Ordering was easy, the delivery was Fast and on time. I delt with the cofounder of the company during the purchase and he is a great guy, he answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to speak to.. The unit takes a little bit of time to assemble, It comes with an entire set of instructions and was straightforward and simple. I am 55 And never had any major illness in my life, I purchased the unit for optimal health and also own an Infared Sauna and Blue Cube cold plunge. I run three different sleep tracking systems, oura ring, Sleep 8 bed and the muse headband. I did my first HBOT session 3 days ago, and felt profound effects that evening with my quality of sleep. My sleep scores on all three sleep tracking systems hit the highest level possible After my first and second session. Oxygen Health Systems has exceptional customer service. We recently had an issue with our chamber and they were able to help immediately.
